1. No system and user account listed after booting from the reset disk.

2. The new password doesn't work when I attempt to log in Windows.
The possible reason is that the software is not compatible with your computer. You can download the DOS version, which may have better compatibility with your computer. 3. When I put in the regcode, it said "Registration code malformed".
The possible reason is that there is a "blank" before or after the regcode. Please don't leave space before or after the code.

4. When I tried to register, it said "You enter the registration code is invalid".
The possible reason is that you install a incorrect verison. You couldn't use a Standard version regcode on a Professional or Enterprise version. You can check the version by clicking Help&Support > About on the program's interface.

5. How to enter BIOS and set the computer to boot from CD or USB drive?
To boot from CD or USB drive, please follow the instructions on BIOS Settings for CD/DVD or USB Flash Drive. If your BIOS is different as the one in the tutorial, you can refer to your computer's instruction book, or search it on the internet.

6. I cannot download the software from the confirmation email.

8. What's the difference between the trial version and full version?
The trial version can only list all the user names of Windows users, but cannot reset the passwords. The full version will reset forgotten Windows password for you.
