1. What's your Refund Policy?
If you aren't satisfied with our products due to the following reasons, we'll refund your money:
1. You ordered a wrong edition, and then purchased the right edition from us. We can refund you for the wrong edition.
2. Our products didn't work, and our technical support team failed to provide effective solutions.

We don't accept your refund demand under following circumstances:
1. You requested refund for technical reasons, but never asked for assistance from us with detailed explanation.
2. You changed your mind after placing an order.
3. You resolved the problem by other methods instead of asking help from us when the software didn't work for you.

2. Is my order secure?
We cooperate with the most reliable payment platform RegNow, which is the world's largest software payment platform and the most secure payment service provider. All your privacy is 100% guaranteed.

3. What payment methods do you support?
Credit Card, AliPay, Bank/Wire Transfer with Invoice, Fax, PayPal are all available. Credit Card is the fastest way for you. The system will automatically send an e-mail with the regcode to you after your purchase.

4. Which currency can you accept?
We accept many currencies, such as Euro, US dollar, British pound and Australian dollar, etc. You could select the currency that is most suitable for you.

5. How can I confirm that I have finished the order?
After your payment, you will immediately receive a confirmation of your transaction via e-mail that contains your regcode and order information.

6. What should I do if I don't receive the confirmation email?
If you don't receive the email, please check if you have written correct email address at first, and then check your spam. You can also e-mail us via support@password-buster.com with your name and order ID. We'll resend the regcode to you.

7. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
We're sorry that your order cannot be canceled once it is validated due to the automated way that orders are processed and fulfilled. If you want to demand refund, please see our Refund Policy.

8. How can I get an invoice?
You will receive the invoice with the confirmation email shortly after your order. For orders paid by Credit Card or direct debit from your bank account, the payment processor will issue an invoice in no time.

9. How to upgrade my software to another version?
You can direct order the correct edition, and then email us via support@password-buster.com with the order ID, we will give you a refund for the incorrect edition.
